NEWS 2010 Vaidhtéir mianta ó JRM: Bliadhna Mhath 2010 Úr dhuit!Best Wishes from JRM: A Happy New 2010 Year! January 2010 Witold Wojtkowiak - the JRM drumer for 13 years, who generates sterile and atomic clock precise rhythm, a native of Poznań, who graduate of Poznań's Music Academy majoring in percussion, a busy session and studio musician, arranger and music educator, who has taken part and won awards at several festivals both in Poalnd and elsewhere in Europe, and played in bands with Zbigniew Górny, Krzysztof Penderecki, Piotr Kałużny as well as in the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra, Studio 36, Barbadusz Big Band, Kwartet Jorgi, Still Down, Acid Flamenco, Ewa Stańko Band, Combo Latino, Jacek Piskorz Band, Sound Explorer and The Medley - leaves the group. Witek Wojtkowiak is replaced by a new drumer Bartek Krawczak. This personnel change is caused by Witek Wojtkowiak's minor injury of his right palm and then by developing his job career. It's a severe loss for the band. JRM thank Wit for every experiences and performances shared together during 13 yaear, having a hope that one day he'll play with the band again. JRM begin the year 2010 in the following lineup: - basic musicians: Krzysztof Ryszard Brych - whistles, accordion, saxophones, mouth harmonica, keyboards, vocals; Michał Jankowski - acoustic guitar; Bartek Krawczak - drums; Mariusz Sprutta - bass guitar, lead vocals; Tomasz Urban - fiddle; - and the guest musicians (wide lineup): Artie Grudziński - piano, keyboards; Diarmuid Johnson - wooden flutes, whistles, vocals; Krzysztof Łangowski - electric guitar, sound engineering. JRM's winter concerts and performances:29.01.2010 Burns' Night in Irish Brogans Pub And once again (the 20th times) JRM celebrate Burns' Supper, a night for all Scots and people who love Scotland and Scottish culture. The guest musicians, two pipers: Tomasz and Robert Ujma from the Częstochowa Pipes and Drums perform with the band. 07.02.2010A spectacle Eachtra in Musical Theatre in Poznań A spectacle directed by Diarmuid Johnson combines elements of the cultures of Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Brittany. High-stepping and tap-dancing are choreographed to interweave with land- and seascapes from the western isles. While verse recitation alternate with rolling melodies on flute, fiddle, accordion and saxophone. Eachtra is a slice of geogpraphy, a narrative in words, image, music and motion. Who does not know Him? St. Patrick is a very unique figure not only for Irish. JRM begins March celebrations on 05.03. during a ceilidh organized by Celtica - an Irish dance group in Wielkopolska Zagroda W-Z Club & Restaurant. A week later on 12.03. the band visit Kredens Restaurant in Koszalin, and on 13.03. perform at the Gumowa Róża in Wrocław (both concerts titled St. Patrick's Music). 
JRM celebrate Saint Patrick's Day (17.03.) in Poznań at the Pod Pretekstem, and then play more concerts in the Poznań (Wielkopolska) Region: on 18.03. at the U Bulka Club in Sulęcin, on 19.03. at the Słodownia Pub in Szubin (this concerts titled St. Patrick's Music), and on 20.03. at the PiramidaDJ club in Piętno near Konin and Turek (that's called Celtic Disco Project).The last weekend before Easter the band perform under the banner of St. Patrick's Music in the VIP Underground Pub, Cafe & Restaurant in Skoki (26.03.), and during 7th Linguistic Theatre Meeting 2010 during a St. Patrick's Music Afterparty in the Estrada Stage Bar in Bydgoszcz (27.03.) Last weekend of May JRM go on four concerts tour: on 28.05. play in Łódź in the Gniazdo Piratów, on 29.05. in Warsaw Tawern of the Gniazdo Piratów, on 30.05. in the Dworek na Długiej in Warka, and for the scecond time a day in the U Artystek Cafe in Milanówek [Photographs - 29.05.2010. - concert in the Gniazdo Piratów (Pirates Nest), Warsaw Tavern] Summer 2010 Summer concerts the band begin during the Days of Celtic Creative Activity in Ruda Śląska (19.06.). Further JRM perform in the 20-th Review INTEGRACJE 2010 in Młynary near Elbląg (25.06.), during the Celtic-Irish Gala at the Archeological Reserve Kalisz-Zawodzie in Kalisz (17.07.), in series of the Musical Journeys at the Prince's Castle in Żagań - European Identity and Future Centre (18.07.), and at the Fort II during the 10th Days of the Nysa Stronghold in Nysa (31.07.). August plan is an Irish-Polish wedding in the Rogi Castle (21.08.), a concert in series Three Cities on Kamienna River or Cities Meeting 2010 in the Starachowice Culture Centre (28.09.), and at the City Culture Centre, during the party called Vacation Farewell in Olkusz (29.08.).
